Do you have a catalog? No; because our items and fragrance choices change so often, we do not offer a print catalog. All of our items are available for viewing on our website. Why don't you list burning times for your candles? Burn times are not given for most of our candles since burning time can be affected by various factors (i.e., whether wicks are trimmed or not, traffic flow and drafts in the room). Since we don't know the conditions under which the candle is being burned, we can't guarantee that you'll get a certain number of hours of burn time. We do note general burn times for certain candles (floating candles and votives, for instance) but these are not guaranteed. Do you give free samples? No, but we do offer sample sets which allow you to sample our products at reduced prices. Do you have a color chart? We don't have a color chart, for a variety of reasons. Each type of candle we make (container, pillar, votive and melt) takes a different type of wax. Each wax treats color differently, so the same amount of dye used in a container candle will be more pastel than that used in a pillar, for instance. Most fragrance oils are slightly tinted, which also affects the color. In addition, we use different dye for different size batches. For instance, the dye used to make one votive is often quite different from the dye used to make 25 votives. All candles are made at the time of your order, and we don't keep stock of a certain color candle. Each time you order candles, they will be a slightly different shade from previous orders. If you have special color requirements, please send us a color sample via US mail and note these requirements when you order. (We don't accept emailed color samples because all computer monitors display color differently.) Can I get a special fragrance or color? Yes! If you want a basic color change, just note this in the message box of the shopping cart when you are checking out. The only basic color not available is black. If the color you need is unusual, please check with us first before placing your order. (For example, we cannot do gold or silver overdips.) If you need to match a certain color, we do require a sample so we can be sure we're giving you the shade you're looking for! If you're looking for a special fragrance, drop us a line to let us know. We may have it already in stock (we have hundreds of fragrances that are not listed as standard scents on our website). If not, we can probably find it and order it for you. In that case, it may add a week or so to the order time since we'll need to wait for the fragrance oil to arrive from our supplier. Can I pick up my order? We do not have will call/pick up at our current location. Do you ship outside of the U.S.? No, we only ship to the US at this time. Due to problems with delivery, we no longer ship to APO/FPO addresses. Can you ship to a PO Box? Yes, via Priority Mail. Be sure to select this option for shipping, rather than UPS. What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, GiveAnything gift certificates, and payment through PayPal. At this time, we do not accept checks or money orders. Orders can be placed through our secure online shopping cart or via fax at 717-828-7609. If ordering via fax, please include your name, address, credit card billing information, and the items you would like. We will fax or email you with a total, including shipping. How long will it take to get my order? We usually ship regular retail orders within 3-5 business days, beginning the day after you place your order. Favor orders have longer processing times that are listed on the Favors webpage. Our business days are Monday through Friday. During peak seasons and especially around holidays, this can extended to 7-12 business days. Shipping time can take another 2 to 5 days, depending on the delivery area the package is going to. We keep our website updated with the current estimated turnaround time, and if your order will take longer than this, we'll let you know right away.
