Business Update:

Big changes are coming to Contemporary Candles in 2012! For a variety of
reasons (mainly a goal to move out of state in the near future), we are
downsizing the business drastically beginning January 2. We are NOT closing,
but once all of our current candle-related inventory is depleted, we'll just be
selling our crystal wax melts and crystal cubes, as well as melt warmers.
You'll also notice a smaller fragrance list, as we discontinue scents that are
not as popular.
If you're looking for a scent that doesn't show up in the drop-down list, check
our Limited Time Offers page. If we have small amounts of fragrance left, we
list them there until they are gone. You can choose from votives or a container
candle on the Limited Time Offers page, while they last. We may also add items
to that page as we go through the workshop -- who knows what goodies might turn
up?
All candle varieties will be available on the site until we run out of wax (or
containers). Once they are gone, they'll be removed from the site and will not
be re-stocked.
The company name and URL will stay the same -- Contemporary Candles at
www.contemporarycandles.com -- but the website may get a design update in
the next few months, if time permits.
To recap -- if you would like to order candles (votives, pillars, containers,
favors, floating candles, gift sets, holiday and novelty candles) you can do so
now until our current wax/container inventory is depleted. If an item is not on
the website, it is sold out and will not be restocked. Once our current
inventory is gone, we will be selling crystal wax melts, crystal cubes and melt
warmers.
We know this is a huge change, but we feel it's the best compromise given all
that we have on our plate this coming year. We really did not want to close
down the business entirely, and this way we can still continue supplying you
with our amazing melts. If you haven't tried them yet, please do! They have
all the fragrance of a candle without worrying about trimming a wick, as well as
an amazing scent throw that will have your house smelling fantastic!
