SHIPPING:

We do not ship outside of the US, or to APO/FPO addresses. We do ship to US Territories, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska but the $5.50 flat rate shipping does not apply to orders shipping to those areas. You'll receive a second email within 24 hours, quoting your adjusted shipping charges. We won't charge your credit card until you approve the new total.

Although many orders do ship faster, please use the following guidelines to figure approximate processing and shipping time for your order.

Due to the fact that each item is hand-poured to order, please allow appropriate time for us to complete and ship your order. Our current order processing time is in your email confirmation. During peak and holiday seasons, orders may take longer to complete and ship. You will receive notification when your order has shipped.

Our novelty candles have extra processing times as well, so if you placed an order containing these items you will need to add 2 or 3 business days to the order processing time.

Our business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Begin counting from the business day after you place your order, to calculate the time it may take for your order to be complete. To be on the safe side, assume that the longest time posted on the home page is the time it will take. Also, keep in mind that processing time does not include shipping time, and it can take anywhere from 2 to 5 days for UPS to deliver your order to your door. ADDITIONAL UPS FEES:

Please be very careful to list your complete shipping address (including apartment, lot or suite numbers) and verify that it is correct. We can only ship to the address we are given. If we ship to the address you list and the package is returned to us, you are responsible for any additional shipping charges plus the actual cost to reship to you (not the $5.50 flat rate fee).

If you list an incorrect address and UPS does an address correction, they charge an address correction fee. This fee is typically $5.00 to $10.00, but can be as high as $35.00. You are responsible for this fee if it is a result of an error or omission you made when entering your shipping address OR if you contact UPS and ask that the package be delivered elsewhere.

When an order is paid for by credit card, additional fees incurred will be charged to this same credit card. When paying by PayPal, you will be notified of any fees so that you may make a PayPal payment to cover them.

ORDERING INFORMATION:

Orders can be placed through our secure online shopping cart or via fax at 717-828-7609. If ordering via fax, please include your name, address, credit card billing information, and the items you would like. We will fax or email you with a total, including shipping.

PAYMENT:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, and payment through PayPal. At this time, we do not accept checks or money orders.

CANCELLATIONS:

Simply let us know by email or fax within 24 hours of placing your order and you will be refunded in full. After 24 hours your order will have already been started and cancellation will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

RETURNS:

We try to insure the quality of every candle we produce through extensive testing of the wax, fragrance oil and wick. Customer satisfaction is our main goal!

If there is a quality issue or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund. Please note that we cannot accept returns on bath and body products, or on custom favor orders.

If you are returning items for reasons other than defective merchandise, there is a 15% restocking fee. We cannot accept returns without prior authorization. The original item must be returned in perfect condition in order to receive a refund or replacement. You will be reimbursed for the dollar amount of the items returned (return shipping charges are not reimbursed, nor is the original shipping charge).

If you aren't sure you will like a fragrance, please order it in a small size at first. We don't accept returns if you don't like a particular scent.

A Special Note About Colors: We cannot accept returns based on candle color. Due to the hand-crafted nature of our candles, no two candles will be alike (this includes color). Please be aware that you will not receive the exact same color each time you order a specific scent. If you have special color requirements, please send us a color sample (address here) and note these requirements when you order.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

All items leave our facility securely packaged and in good condition. If you receive an item that was damaged in transit, please keep your box and packing materials and contact UPS immediately to file a claim. UPS claims can be filed online or you can call 1-800-742-5877. If your damaged item was sent via USPS, please contact your post office to file a claim.
